The work of Yoshiaki Ishikawa, popular for his dioramas of kawaii trains running through fantastic worlds.
This is an unusual ultra-compact railway diorama powered by a turntable (rotating display stand).

Through the tunnel is a small station. A river flows from the top of the mountain, becoming a waterfall and pouring into the lake. In the lake, fishermen are dropping their lines. You enter the tunnel through an old garage.
Press on the roof of the shed at the back of the garage to light up the garage. The train starts moving when you turn on the switch behind the base.
To change the direction of the train, hold the train for a few seconds and release it to run in the opposite direction. Two AA batteries in the base provide over a week of continuous operation.
It comes with a square acrylic case, which is ideal for interior decoration as it is dust free.
Due to the handmade nature of the work, details may vary.
