Wouldn't it be fun to have a three-wire bridge like this somewhere in America? This is a playful piece of work.
But despite the playfulness, the work is spartan!
The wooden trestle bridge is carefully assembled from a Campbell's wooden kit, with approximately 900 rivets glued to all the timber intersections. Weathering paint.
The track on top is a three-line track with three Code 70 rails for 16.5mm, 9mm and 6.5mm, all spiked with about 1000 micro-dog nails, which is an exercise in training.
The bridge is built with high precision and strength, and can be separated from the ground! The bridge has been designed so that it can be transplanted to your own layout.
HO, HO narrow 9mm, HO narrow 6.5mm, HO everything is on display.
