A scene from "Ultra Q", episode 15, "Kanegon's Cocoon", created by Gentaro Asaki as a palm-sized diorama and vignette.
Ultra Q is the first in a series of fantasy special effects that aired in 1966 and is still popular 50 years later.
In this episode, we see a young boy who is in trouble because he has lost his money and has become a monster.
The story is about a boy who becomes Kanegon, who dies if he doesn't keep eating money, and is helped by his friends to find and eat coins, but the diorama artwork is based on a scene that doesn't appear in the show.
A small change! This is the scene of a man desperately trying to pick up a metal washer at the edge of a railway track, only to be disappointed when he finds it.
This is a small piece of work that captures the world of Ultra Q. The boy is desperate to become a Kanegon, but his love of money makes him nervous.

The size of the pedestal is 6cm square, making it a very small piece.
We recommend collecting them in a series and putting them together!

Besides, Gentlemanro Asaki's work is here!
