This is a two-unit row house kit with a mortar finish and a store on the first floor.
The second floor serves as living space; it evokes a sense of nostalgia, yet is the kind of building you still see in city centers today.
The store on the right comes with two types of signs-one for an electronics store and one for a bike shop-so you can choose your preferred business type to complete the look.
