On 23 April 1988, the Daedalus 88 took off from Heraklion Airport on the island of Crete and crossed the Aegean Sea, landing 7 metres before the coast of Perissa, Santorini.
The Greek Olympic cyclist was the pilot.
The flight distance was 115 km and the flight time was 3 hours 54 minutes.
The mobile is connected to the exhibition stand by a magnet and moves with a swinging motion.
