"New Nonbei-Yokocho(Drunk Man's Alley)4" (Video production: Sakatsu Gallery)

This work is characterized by the use of walls on either side of the shop front.

This work is characterised by the use of walls to the left and right of the main shop, which are usually treated as walls, to allow the viewer to look into the shop.

The shadow box has been removed and replaced by a clear case
. When the LED lights are turned on in a dimly lit room, the street lights spread out all around, creating a reflective side street scene.
At the bottom of the staircase is a fingertip shop, a shrine gate and a small shrine
. This is also the first time we have tried to create a scene looking down the side street from a height.

Step into the mysterious alley tonight and get tipsy

10 LED lights

This piece is one of Taro's series of "90mm Cube Miniatures", which fit into a dice-shaped case of 9cm per side. With the case, there is no need to worry about dust or damage, and the miniatures are a pleasure to collect as they look uniform when arranged.
