The title is "Cinema Street", but there is no cinema in this work.
This is a miniature of a drinking street leading to a cinema.
There is a yakitori restaurant at the front and an izakaya and bar at the back, the two at the back are deformed in depth.
Looking into the street, you can see the sign of the cinema ahead, and the light leaks out of the back door of the yakitori shop and illuminates the street.
This piece is one of Taro's series of "90mm Cube Miniatures", which fit into a dice-shaped case of 9cm per side. With the case, there is no need to worry about dust or damage, and the miniatures are a pleasure to collect as they look uniform when arranged.
