This is a layout and section work in the style of an elevated railway line around Yurakucho on the Tokaido Line in the immediate post-war period of 1946-22.
People overflow from crowded carriages and end up on the deck of a wartime EF13 with no handrails. A lady from the countryside selling fruit and vegetables, and a woman doing business with American soldiers.
The film captures the atmosphere of a time when people were poor, unsavoury, but full of strength and hope.

In the words of Nishimura, "I tried to play with it as much as I could", and the weathering and the dolls are packed to the brim.
The strong flavours and lively hodgepodge of flavours may not be to everyone's taste, but you can't help but grin as you watch Nishimura enjoy making this dish.
The EF13 that serves as the base has a bumpy body that Zoukei-mura has beautifully recreated, and again, it matches the style of the model best.
Enjoy the charm of Mr. Nishimura, who is also active as an illustrator.
