A model of a ship plying an Australian river about 100 years ago, in the early 20th century.
But it's not just a boat. On the ship, there are women in white dresses and a steam locomotive with a clear face. As it is 1/87, it can be used in HO layout, or you can make a diorama by collecting HO materials.
By the way, the name of the big boat, WARATAH, is the name of a tree with bright red flowers, which is common in Australia. The name of the small boat, NAOMI, is a common female name in the English-speaking world. By mere coincidence, the current British actress, Naomi Watts, once lived in Australia.
