The prototype is a freestyle of a small shed at Tanpi Station on the Wakasakura Line in Tottori Prefecture, inspired by a photograph of two leaves on p.186 of the "Scenery Guide by Koichi Kawata (Kigei Shuppansha)".
The side panels have a different design on each side.
The large openings allow a clear view of the interior, even the shedwork is reproduced.
The storage shed on the left-hand side of the front of the building has yellow LEDs inside which, when lit, will provide a glimpse of light through the gaps in the wooden floor.
The gaps in the wooden walls, the slight glimmer of light from the lamps... This is a superb piece of work that evokes a different story for each person who sees it.
