This is the first in a series of dioramas by the lyrical diorama artist Yamamoto Takaki, known for his work on "Umechan-sensei" and "Showa Genkei Diorama Exhibition".
The dioramas are based on the popular motifs of Kafu Nagai and Umeneko.
This is a limited edition handmade piece by the artist, Takaki Yamamoto.

This piece is inspired by Nagai Kafu's masterpiece "Bokuto Kitan".
This is a famous sake shop in the red light district of Tamanoi. Tonight, the great writer "Nagai Kafu" visits the woman's room on the first floor.
Who is the woman with the bare skin who arranges her hair in front of the mirror stand, paying no attention to Kafu standing behind her?
In this composition, the viewer can imagine what is to come.
A retro diorama condensed into the palm of your hand.

This is a diorama of a man and a woman in the midst of a war.
