This is the first in a series of dioramas by the lyrical diorama artist Yamamoto Takaki, known for his work on "Umechan-sensei" and "Showa Genkei Diorama Exhibition".
The dioramas are based on a series of dioramas by Yamamoto Takaki.
This is a limited edition handmade piece by the artist, Takaki Yamamoto.

A diorama of an inebriated liquor store in Tamanoi, created in the motif of Nagai Kafu's famous work "Bokuto Kitan".
Tonight, too, the great writer Nagai Kafu visits the town through the sign "Nukeremasu"
. A woman with a seductive smile invites Kafu to visit her in a shopfront with a red line architecture that also has glossy peach-coloured bean tiles.
This is the Yamamoto retro diorama condensed into the palm of your hand.

This is the first diorama of its kind to be produced in Japan.
