From the golden age of American science fiction television drama, Star Trek, comes Mr. Spock!
Mr. Spock, Chief Engineer and First Officer of the starship Enterprise, was played by Leonard Nimoy as a calm and collected Vulcan alien.

It is based on a plastic model kit released by Aurora in the 1960s, and later re-released by AMT around 1980.
The original Aurora kit featured Spock in his TV drama attire, holding a gun, facing off against a three-headed dragon-like monster.
The re-released AMT kit, however, was modified to fit the movie version at the time of release, with clothes with large buckles, no three-necked dragon, no gun, and a scene where it looks as if he has discovered something by pointing.
(Later, AMT also released a kit that reverted back to the original style, but Asaki says that the moulding is still a bit lacking)
Mr. Asaki has modified the pointing version of the figure to look more like the first version, with his clothes and gun at the ready. The face, which Asaki is so fond of, has been kept intact and has been beautifully painted.
