This is a model of Helmut Schmidt, the 5th Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany (former West Germany).

In 1974, Helmut Schmidt succeeded Brandt as Federal Chancellor.
He was also instrumental in the creation of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in the Helsinki Treaty in 1975.
