Static Grass is a short, thin, hair-like material. The product is called Static Grass because it can be made to stand up to a certain degree by static electricity.
Paint the area where you want the grass to appear and sprinkle this material on top. If there is too much material, turn it upside down and give it a thump to sift it out.
