Brings back memories of looking up from the trackside!
This is a movable model of a Japanese National Railways type armbar signal system.
The up and down movement of the deadweight rod is mediated by the escape crank, and the switching between fixed and counter-positioned positions by the rod is achieved by the craftsmanship of the workshop NANA ROKUNI!

This work reproduces the "in-field/ passage signal" which announces the signal manifestation of the departure signal.

The way the units are integrated into the front and rear of the signal poles without fail is proof of the high level of craftsmanship.
This is not a ready-made assembly, but a full scratch work from individual parts.

The body is made by brass soldering, delicate and strong enough to withstand movement. Note:
The ladder is made from a single piece of 0.4 mm thick wood, with each step cut out to create a crisp, undistorted appearance.
If a separate power supply of 3 to 12 VDC is available, the signal will be lit respectively by the bulbous LED and the lens of the signal armband.

Note: The model is strong enough to be used as a model, but it is only a model and should be handled with care.
