We have previously produced a corrugated roof type as "Tsumesho with a well"
, but this time we have produced a tiled roof type.
This is not just a change to the roof of the previous model, but a rethinking of the design, production methods, painting and weathering, as well as the incorporation of the latest techniques through observation of the real thing.
The Tsumesho is a great addition to any station, and even a single one by the side of the tracks can bring the scenery and rolling stock to life. We've made it look as if a staff member is about to open the door and go to the well to wipe himself off with a hand towel.
The roof baseboards and ceiling are covered with thin sheets of wood.
The window frames and sliding doors are laser cut from thin sheets of wood to enhance the texture.
The well roof and eaves, made of corrugated tin sheeting, are placed on top of a fairly accurate reproduction of the shed roof, and are rendered in a different way to the previous work to show ageing and rusting.
The room is decorated with wooden desks, chairs, long tables and kettles. The walls are covered with safety banners, blackboards and calendars with work schedules and safety slogans. The walls are covered with blackboards, calendars and safety slogans.
