The inner wall of the window is made of bamboo. The interior wall is made of bamboo and features a familiar menu.
The wall is made of bamboo. The choko, tokuri and yakumi (condiments) containers of the upper tier are made of Kyoto clay. We use different types of clay for different parts of our work.
The lower part of the menu is made from commercial rice bowls.
The entrance on the right side has a raccoon dog figurine, giving it the atmosphere of a noodle shop in the Showa era.
