A lowland region in the Netherlands with straight waterways and straight roads.
A yellow Ferrari is driven to the home of a benefactor who lives on the edge of a modern and rationalised farming village.
Ferrari 365GTB4 Daytona
After a gently curving approach, I parked the car in the courtyard and my benefactor peeked out from the house.
A palm-sized mini-diorama created using paper, string and miniature cars.
The charm of this work is the precision with which it is condensed into a tiny world of less than 10cm in size, and the nostalgic touch of the brush strokes that give it the feel of a hand-drawn illustration.
With a special box, it makes a great gift or collection.
