The "Wooden Train Depot" kit made by Modelworks has been modified in various places to make it a complete work.
The scale is 1/80, but it can also be used for 1/87, as it is a common form and size in small and medium-sized local private railways.

The width of the aperture is the standard double track spacing of KATO Unitrack (track centre line spacing 55mm), which allows the car to stay in place without any problems.
As for the height, the standard kit was a little low, so I modified it. The height of the pantographs has been increased so that they do not get caught when the trains are placed on the uni-track and the pantographs are raised.

The outer walls of the garage are covered with ST wood and basswood, with nail holes in each board.
The wood parts are painted with ST colours as a base, using MIG Production washing liquid and other products to emphasise the wood texture more.
The exterior walls of the overhanging workshop are expressed in mortar.
The roof of the workshop is made of rusty tin, and the rusty look is achieved by a combination of the hairspray technique, which has been the focus of much attention in tank modelling, and its latest development, the chipping method of painting.
