Takumi Diorama Craft House, painted and finished, 1/80 size

All the wood parts are replaced with ST wood and basswood, and colored with ST colour and urethane varnish to be dyed many times.
The chaotic bustle of an auto repair shop workshop is expressed by assembling the Echo "Automotive Equipment Set", which has been painted and weathered. Some parts have been dyed black or brown to give them an austere appearance that is difficult to achieve with paint.
It is equipped with CRD controlled LEDs, so that when you look in through the window at night you will be drawn into the warmth of the scene.

Size: W15cm x D14cm x H12cm
Kit used: "Suzuki Auto" kit by M's and others
Note: No acrylic clear case (case available on request), LED lights, AA battery box in the base of the work. It comes with a AA battery box in the base, an adaptor and a longer lead wire to enable it to be powered from a wall socket.

The Japanese people were so much more human back then.
It's just a scene from everyday life, but the warmth comes through like the setting sun.
A true sense of richness and gentleness.
We hope that this film will give you a glimpse into the world of Sanchome, where people are full of humanity and life.

As per the kit, the interior of the Garandou has added a floor and ceiling, and accessories around the tea room.
On top of the tea chest is a transistor radio and in the corner of the room is a stack of cushions. There is also a step stool for winding screws by a hanging pillar clock.
There is a sewing machine in the window, coloured with black dye. In those days the lights were dim, so the sewing machine was often placed by a bright window. In those days, when ready-to-wear clothes were scarce, the sewing machine was used to make the mother's handmade clothes.
Roku-chan's room is on the first floor. There is a small writing desk and a book stand, and in front of the desk is a girlish red cushion.

In the 1950s, people could not have imagined that 50 years into the future, mobile phones and flat screen TVs would exist. And 50 years from now... the sunsets will be as beautiful as they are today.
