How to assemble a tile roof
the desired size, place the cutter on the stripes on the reverse side and cut them out.
Material is made of ABS, so it can be easily cut through with a cutter.
The left and right tiles are two pieces wide on each side, so cut while taking into account the overall width.
Plastic adhesive or multi-purpose adhesive is recommended for attaching .
Assemble the roof tiles by attaching separate left and right tiles to the main body as shown in "How to Assemble Tile Roof 1" diagram.
In the center of the building, a central guide frame is placed and three laminated tiles are affixed on top of it as if they were placed on top of each other.
The length of the central guide frame should match the length of the thicker backside of the tile after the three pieces are staked together.
Cut the central guide frame, install the onigawara, and install a ridge tile that matches the length inside the onigawara.
After painting, the gable plate is installed and completed.
tile roof slope
The slope of a roof is generally 3" to 8" and is angled in a unique way.
4" is a tile roof that rises 4" by 10" on one side when viewed from the gable end, and the angle is as shown in the "Slope of Tile Roofs" diagram.
Naturally, the stronger the angle, the more expensive the construction costs, so the ridge tiles and onigawara will be larger and more splendid.
Typical houses are between 4" and 5", and the steeper the angle, the steeper the angle tends to be in snowy areas.
products are designed with a central guide frame based on 5", but there are no obstacles to assembly in any range.
