This is the first diorama work in a long time by "Kobo Nanarokuni", a company that has produced many light railway and forest railway structure works.
It is a small station, more like a stop than a station.
It is set up with traffic lights as there is a branch line ahead.
The main attraction is the arm-twisting signal system, which works by interlocking deadweight rods, just like the real thing.
With brass components, the dead weight rod and linkage mechanism are reproduced in the same construction as the real thing, and move beautifully!
It is wired into the post and is illuminated by a bulbous LED, which switches between red and blue by means of a lens in the armband.
Fixing to the platform itself is by screw fixing, so it can be moved.
Note: The lights are powered by 2 x AAA batteries.
Note:The colour tone of the image may vary from the actual product due to the model and settings of your monitor.
