Approx. W20cm D13cm H8cm

Base Kit: "Station House" by Hiruma Model Craft

Information edit: Sakatsu Gallery

The image of a local private railway and light railway station has been created as a structure work.
The small wooden station building has a lovely atmosphere with fresh light blue window frames and red accents on the rain gutters.

All the wooden parts are made of ST wood and basswood and dyed with stain (mainly ST colour), using Hilma Modelcraft's "Station House" as a seed.
Rain gutters etc. have been added.
The window frames are made of plastic, but we have used a technique familiar to plastic modelers called "ususu (thin) attack" (a technique in which the window frame is shaved thinly so that it spikes toward the outside of the building, toward the visible direction), so that the cross section looks thinner than the original product.
The weathering is mainly on the roofs, but especially on the tin roofs, where several techniques are repeated several times, including dry brushing and rusting.
This is a reproduction of a local station in the Showa era with light bulb coloured LEDs.
The soldered part of the wiring of the electric decoration is insulated with heat shrink tube to prevent short circuit.
The station nameplates are attached with double-sided tape for temporary mounting, so they can be easily replaced.
