This is a traditional and prestigious fire station of Italianate architecture, which was common on the East Coast.
The large doors can be opened and closed to accommodate a fire engine.
The brick walls are weathered and even the blinds on the windows are reproduced.

The material is plastic, but the texture has been skillfully erased to give a realistic feel.
