These are water transfer stickers (decals) that are dipped in water and peeled off the backing board, then pinched off with tweezers or similar.
This graffiti design is perfect for elevated buildings, abandoned buildings, building walls and fences.
The decals are in N (1/150) scale, but the smaller decals are 1.0 x 0.5cm and the larger decals are 4.0 x 1.5cm, so they're not too bad to put on vehicles as designs.
