This is an unpainted kit modeled after a pelican.
Since the base color is white, you can simply paint the beak and legs and use the body as is, keeping the base color.
Due to manufacturing constraints, this figure does not come with a base like other figures do.
Since it's difficult to make it stand on its own, you'll need to secure it with super glue or something similar.
