This is a full-scratch work of a common arm-tree departure signal, widely seen in the former Japanese National Railways after the war.
The body is made of brass soldered by the craftsmanship of the workshop Ena Rokuni.
The ladder section is cut from western white board and the treads (steps) are cut out one by one and finished.

If you have a power supply of 3 to 12 VDC, the red light will be lit by the built-in light bulb LED and lens.
