The head is a powerful man of the tribe. He has his eyes set on becoming the next chief, but for now he is a loyal subordinate of the chief. He wears armor as heavy as the chief's, and his face is hidden by a helmet, so we cannot see his expression. Perhaps it is to intimidate his enemies, but also to keep his allies from noticing his expression!
One of the things that Yoji Momiyama, owner of the HERMIT INN, worked on so much with Kevin was the relationship between the miniatures of the chief and the headman. I made these miniatures with the assumption that this is the headman and the one with the two hatchets is the chief, but I also wanted to be able to make them interchangeable between each other's roles depending on the hobbyist's preference.
Because they are , I made sure that both of their armor was of the same line of top quality, and yet both of them were about the same size. In other words, they are two sizes bigger than the lesser goblins!
He carries a shield in the shape of a "face with a crown" so that his face is hidden by his helmet and he can make a proper impact after being painted. To his right and left are swords of different lengths, and in addition to a small sack, he also has a large tankard hanging from it. You'll find out in this next entry who you get the contents from!
